Return Policy: ZLINE Kitchen and Bath products may be returned within 60 days from date of delivery. All returns and refunds are subject to and dependent on the following:
- Returns for refunds requested after 30 days of purchase are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- If items come damaged or defective, we are happy to replace them free of charge and arrange a prompt replacement - please contact our customer service team.
- All returns for refund are subject to shipping costs back to the manufacturer. The shipping charges for ZLINE products are as follows:
- Items under $75: Free shipping on returns
- Parcel or shipped by ground hoods: $50
- Freight shipments: $150
- Accessories not eligible for returns
