Received item damaged. I received my shipment in a timely manner however I contacted customer service immediately after to let them know about the damaged item and although the customer service department has been responsive I have been waiting over 2 weeks to receive an email with a return shipping label. Seems this website is a third party that buys items from other websites. Not satisfied, will never purchase from again.

I gave this gift to a family member for Christmas, that has a gorgeous rustic themed kitchen filled with wood accents and they absolutely loved it! Great material and quality as well, and even arrived quickly once the order was placed (even through a crazy snow storm). Looking for more things to purchase from Kalalou!
We don’t keep a lot of wine in the house, so this little fixture was perfect for us.
Pretty basic. I used my own screws and anchors to make sure it was secure to the wall.
